This was our 20 year anniversary cruise! We had a blast. We have been on 5 prior cruises, so we are not avid cruisers, but we love to cruise! The last cruise we went on was Navigator of the Seas in June 2019. We were itching to get back. We are in our early 40s and have 3 boys aged 15, 12, and 5. They did not cruise with us, parent trip only! We picked the 3 night on Freedom because our work schedules are so busy, we don't have the 7 night time frame and the Freedom seemed like a good choice. We added the drink package and the dining package.

The ship was wonderful. We opted for a Junior Suite, room 9648. Lots of room and huge balcony with 2 chairs and 2 lounge chairs. We didn't spend much time in the room, but when were there it was nice to have more room than a regular balcony.

We arrived the day before and stayed at the Hilton Bentley in South Beach. Highly recommend! We didn't know what a jackpot we hit until we were there! It was clean, we felt safe, and the beach was beautiful. With our stay an umbrella and 2 beach chairs were included. We ate that night at Red South Beach and it was delicious! Expensive, but delicious! The morning of the cruise we woke up and went for a jog on the jogging path by the beach. We ran two miles and found a fun path that led us to a route that we could see the cruise ships! It was so fun! We had a check in time of 12 PM, so after a nice jog and trip to Starbucks, we headed out.
