The NCL Jade May 1, embarkation Anthens, round trip. The following issues occurred during the 7 night cruise.
1) Lack of communication that an antigen test was required before boarding, which was redundant due to the PCR test that was required before we could board.
2) Port being removed without prior notification until on board and reviewing itinerary. And notification that a 2nd PCR would be required while on board to enter Israel.
3) Cabin balcony door, whistle, woke us up, contacted steward, contacted customer service. The whistle did not get fixed until the last night of cruise. Multiple conversation with steward and customer service. Customer service stated once, we fixed the lock, another time we fixed the rail. Not sure who or what the customer service was doing, but even at one point we were told that the carpenter could not come in to the cabin unless we were there. We actually had to put a plastic placard in the slide to get the door to quite whistling and rattling.
