MSC Virtuoso – Norway Cruise May 2022

We had a good holiday on this cruise but some experiences left us very disappointed.

Starting with the booking which we arranged through a large travel agency. We booked a rear facing suite to get best experience of the Fjords, paid our money and waited for the emails from the agency. Then we received a call from the agency saying MSC had declined the booking stating the suite was no longer available. The operator rechecked the MSC booking site which again showed the suite we wanted was still available. Eventually, without an explanation we had to change a booking to a balcony cabin which was not what we wanted. Read more
