My mom had sailed with Princess prior to this cruise and loved it. She booked this trip for the 2 of us, this being my first cruise. The staff and drinks were amazing and the live bands were great. The food outside of the dining room was just ok. Nothing special. Dining room fare was great. My real complaint comes from the lack of working plumbing. The toilet in our room didn’t flush 50% of the time and phone calls to guest services did not fix the situation. There were times feces would come up through the shower drain. Disgusting. Several people in the ship had no working toilet for the entire cruise, and Princess did not give them a new room.do I guess I had it better than others. I will definitely give cruising another shot, but I’d be hard pressed to use Princess again.

This ship is also outdated. Could use a nice overhaul.
