We have traveled on many ships all parts of the World, and always had great times. This supposedly upscale Cruise Line was promised to be great, WHAT AN UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE. It started with the boarding, we expected special service having paid for a penthouse suite. Instead all 900+ passengers were lined up in airport security style file, for 90 minutes in a hot tent without water, nor bathroom facilities. After this ordeal, we entered an empty terminal, and then boarded. No welcome committee, no music, no welcome drink offered. We just had to find our penthouse suite on our own.

Throughout the Voyage we found the business staff surly, uninformed, and not at all helpful. The Crew seemed generally disorganized, and the communication was terrible.
