Whilst Virgin have tried to rip up the rule book and bring some of their quirky features to a cruise ship experience, they have fallen well short of getting the basics right. Repetitive menus (all day breakfast all day, every day) and served cold. Toast = warm bread! Serious accessibility issues onboard and disembarking at ports - crew running up and down gangway trying to find ramps without success. I overheard crew members referring to a severely disabled lady “she won’t get out of her chair” and the poor lady was taken unceremoniously back up the gangway with no hint of apology. I stayed in a mega rockstar suite at considerable expense which sleeps up to 4 “sailors”. Apart from one double bed, the additional beds were no more than camp beds. Our so called rock star status was dumped just as we docked. I contacted Customer Service on our return and have only received generic responses that have not addressed my issues. My advice is to book with an established company. Be aware of a lot of positive reviews which have been written by “free” cruisers to up their ratings

Cabin Review

Cabin was fantastic as I would expect for the price however as previously mentioned the additional beds were like camp beds and extremely uncomfortable. Not what you expect for the luxurious label
