Paid for services not provided. The whole week the food was cold 95% of the time, fries cold like they just came out of the fridge, no options for food allergies or representatives did not understand, advertised room service but no one answered. I got sick the first day as food representative told me food was gluten free and turns out it was not. Days on port were cut hours and excursions cancelled, and excursions offered came back late. There was an medical emergency for someone with diabeties. On shore had medical concern and was ignored by 3 individuals- had very low blood sugars as told to stand in line after I told reps I needed something to eat and paid for preferred boarding.
Our room Stewart's were great
Charged for items twice no refund, had to watch bill as items charged incorrectly.
Was upgraded, but had a bigger cabin on another cruise line the same size without an ungrade.
Very disorganized. Staff did not understand medical issue, after speaking with 3 people, I asked I believe security and was finally assisted.
