Sail Date: May 2022

I live in Vancouver. I wanted a cruise that I wouldn’t have to fly for and a nice ship with great amenities and cool things to do so I picked Ovation. I also loved that it was an 8 day sailing so I would get an extra day, little did I know I’d regret that!

Embarkation was smooth, but from the people I met thru a group, half were asked for their Covid tests and half were not? Right off the bat that scared me! The one thing they should really be checking and they didn’t even ask for it?

Day one on the ship was chaos. We were the first guests on the ship in a few months so we got to board early and our rooms were ready immediately.

Cabin Review

Creakiest ship I’ve been on. I had to stuff a pair of socks behind the mirror to keep it from rattling constantly. Had a virtual balcony inside cabin and it was a good size.
