Sail Date: May 2022
Cabin: Classic Balcony Stateroom

When we arrived to our balcony cabin, first we noticed that there is no fridge at all and only one bottle of warm water. Then we left from our cabin to check if there is any bars in this vessel (we had this drink package bought) and saw that almost all the bars are closed. We found only two bars open and after all we bought all inclusive cruise. At least around 8pm some more bars opened and we could take some drinks.

There is lunch buffet included, but that is only open at 12:00 – 15.00 every day. Buffet was actually guide good, but you cannot take anything by yourself. Always someone gives you what you want (I think because of this Covid situation).

After that we went for dinner that was included to our cruise and we thought that it will be fine dining like on all other cruise lines where we have been before, but no. It reminded us like some fast food restaurant like McDonald's and four-course dinner looked and tasted like basic aircraft food. Funny thing also is that there are no physical menus/ drink lists on this ship. If you do not have smart phone and costa app installed, you cannot order anything from the menus. Then if you want to order some red wine, they will only serve some small glass (maybe 10cl) of house red wine, not any other options.
