The absolute worst cruise I've ever been on. Filthy rooms, bad food, lost our luggage and never found it ( there was cash inside it), surprise it was never found..lol, extraordinarily rude guest services, our sofa was so filthy we couldn't sit on it, they covered it with a bed sheet! Entertainment was very disappointing. We had trouble with this cruise since 2 days after we made the reservation, voicemail at corporate headquarters has been full for 67 days! Nobody at Rccl cares at all, and I'm Platinum level! I asked 5 times to speak to the cruise director, he never called me back. Stay away! They completely ruined my vacation, our adjoining room relatives as well.

Much better cruise lines out there, Rccl doesn't deserve your business, they are unprofessional, uncaring and inconsiderate at best. I can't even get anyone there to respond. Horrific customer service
