We chose this cruise as it was the only ship available with an accessible cabin. Board time we were allocated was 11AM, we arrived on time to a huge queue just for the bag drop in the cold damp morning for nearly an hour and a half, shocking! Once on board an attractive modern ship with many amenities and a fair balcony cabin. Restaurant food was of very poor quality and limited choice dominated by pasta and rice, the attempt at English cooking in steak pie and shepherd's pie was revolting, never left cruise food before. Shows were generally very good but booking required, going to be an issue on a full ship.
Not a single bar had diet mixers, except coke, an issue with 2 diabetics in our party, you need to take your own. English pub had nothing like an English ale but plenty of foreign lagers.
Staff delightful as always with plenty of things for kids to do. Disembarkation was easy and slick.
Cabin fine, bed by the balcony door but prefer when that is the seating area.
