This was supposed to be a magical experience in Alaska. It was the most stressful chaotic experience due to princess cruise line. They don’t have their stuff together, why they used a cruise ship they had not tested in 25 months is beyond me. They had so many issues with the ship, canceled Juneo altogether, reduced all our other port stays. Only gave us $100 and 20% off a future cruise which is total crap. They were people that couldn’t even use their toilets!!! I talk to those who used Norwegian in Holland America and they had amazing experiences. Do not book princess! The only thing good about the trip was the girls at the treehouse who helped with my daughter during playtime, they were amazing Gabby and Leeve. Glacier Bay is magical so that’s the only thing that made the trip worth it but Princess totally screwed everything up.
