Sail Date: May 2022

Room was very small, Beds made daily but not cleaned, Terrible smell on the Ship, that we were ever told about, 1- Sewer back up on deck 4. 2-Ventalation System, It was terrible. No one would answer our Questions about it, All the way to Nineth floor, and dare not ride the Elevators....Sick one whole day, Headache Eyes burning...The ship itself needs alot of work, very dated and old, sounds like it coming apart when you walk down the isle's. Most of the Staff in the Main Dining room were wonderful, but Customer Service was a nightmare. Not Friendly or helpful in any way, lost a bracelet on the second day reported it and No One ever asked if it had been found or cared! Very few thing to do on board, No movies at the Pool just plain boring...A total Disappointment..And Please DONOT Book with Cruise.Com... Still very concerned about health after breathing the air on board, I did have to wear my mask for most of the Cruise.
