Cramped, dated, and vibrated due to engine proximity.  Overall, it could have been worse, but it absolutely could have been a lot better.  The balcony saves all when in Alaska.

Once finally on board, we found out a number of different things that hadn't been disclosed prior to us setting foot on the ship, among these:

-Salty Dog Gastropub would not be open for the duration of our trip

-4 of the 6 hot tubs were out of order entirely, including the two at the back of the ship

-The 2 hot tubs that 'worked' were in the 90* range

-No pools would be heated whatsoever

-The ship was having electrical issues and couldn't properly power everything throughout due to one of the engines being offline

So we pushed off.So we got on the horn immediately with the 3rd party and now CANCELLED our whale watching excursion in Juneau, were unable to add anything in Ketchikan because it was too late (after cancelling our first excursion, keep in mind) and we now learned that our 8am Skagway White Pass Train trip would be moved back to a later departure because, well, we were now supposed to arrive at noon instead.
