We arrived to the ship on the time and day of embarkment, But the ship and crew were not ready for embarkment, and they left us all waiting outside for quite a while. After flights, we were tired and ready to be on the ship. When we were finally let on to the ship, we saw that they were still painting the inside, and our rooms were not ready. We were notified before our departure that we must bring our own hair dryers because they didn't have any. The ship still had problems all through our time there. It was evident that the ship had not been fully ready for us. The staff was amazing, and we really appreciated them. We had one very big problem with an excursion that was taking us to Rome and the ticket said "Vatican Behind the scenes" which sounded like we would be in the Vatican, but we did not get to go into the Vatican.

Moving on to the staff on the ship....they were great! The concierge was very good at helping us, as well as others at the excursion desks. The staff in the dining rooms were over the top! They would bring you anything you want, and they will be very friendly. They were just amazing. On our way out to take our flight home, we had a long drive to the airport from the ship, which was docked far from any cities.
