We chose the cruise because it was a brand new boat and the destinations. Right from the start the booking in precedure, directions and staff were faultless. The cases were in the room when we got there and we were greeted by automatic curtains opening as we opened the door. The bathrooms were small but functional with the most amazing deluge shower I have ever used. Hi tech everything from ipads controlling a/c and TV to rope wristbands which opened the door and made getting on and off the boat seemless as no one asked for passports or id as they knew we were off the Virgin ship. The bed set up for singles is a little awkward as it is set up in a L shape but it worked OK for us.Every one of the staff bent over backwards to give us a fantastic experience. The different areas were wild and sometimes wacky but well thought out. The varied food choices were all exquisite. The food was freshly cooked in all of the restaurants and the ambiance in all very different. We especially loved Pink Agave, Mexican, restuarant. The staff were knowledgeable friendly and attentive. The ship was kept spotlessly clean. I gave this ship full marks and would recommend it to anyone old or young but hope that the management takes on board
