We have now spent 78 nights on Princess ships. There will not be a 79th. We recently sailed on the 23 transatlantic/Northern European cruise on the Emerald Princess. Our package included wi-fi. gratuities and a PREMIUM drink package. The drink package might not be bad for a beer or spirits drinker, but if you favor wine like we do the package is pathetic. Most wines that are listed as available by the glass were not available leaving only very poor quality European wines that I'm sure they were able to purchase on the cheap. Also, the pour on their drinks if miserly. The quality of the food has diminished substantially and the level of service has also declined. We will no longer even entertain cruising on Princess which is a shame as they do offer some interesting itineraries. It looks like its back to Celebrity and other lines for us. Adios Princess.
