Overall, we had a pleasant experience. Except for the cabin steward who cleaned our room the day we embarked, all staff members were fantastic!. Our room had not been cleaned by 2:00…and we were not given an extension cord for a medical device despite asking him twice. Our Diamond Member concierge came through, however. Our cabin steward, Shinnelle was amazing for the remaining part of the cruise.

We enjoyed the Diamond Member perks, 4 drinks a day added to our Sea Pass that could be used anywhere and free internet for a day. The diamond lounge was nice to visit and get a cappuccino, latte and or espresso.

We bought the Deluxe dinner package, but probably would not do it again. Lobster at Hooked was tough and chewy. Their oysters were fabulous however…even the oyster shooters.
