Tahiti to Hawaii inaugural cruise for this port and updated ship. They took up all passports and would not give back as stated till 6 days into cruise after visiting other countries. Forgot to load orange juice onto ship. No one knows anything. Told no daily puzzles or library area by ft desk. Wrong as a Multifunctional Room on top floor. Have canceled or changed over half of shore excursions leading to cancellation. Have a shop on level 8 that is locked with shampoo and other potential personal items to buy and note saying display only and they are sold in another shop which that shop knows nothing about. No t-shirts, personal essentials, perfume or cologne sold on board. What a loss of potential revenue for shareholders. Abundant quality hard working employees and supervising staff. Food quality has diminished this year. No deck chairs or lounge chairs on Main deck 7 and shortage on upper decks. Running low on several food items on menu. Not prepared for only half occupancy. Not a good look for NCL. No wonder stock is tanking. Smallest decks ever with just room for two chairs. Spa offered a $50 discount per person though have to charge more per person for couples as computer does not allow discounts for each person in booking couples massage so have to pay more. We saved $329 by just saying no to their manipulation of numbers preying on the misinformed. Expect to be harassed by the Park West art staff if just looking at pictures as they assume you must then want to get approved for an Art credit card. Never mentioned cash. Oh well. Someone higher
