We were very disappointed with the lack of personal service received compared to previous cruises. Our ship was severely understaffed. From our cabin steward to the dining room staff, we mostly felt like they did not really want to be there. or, help us in any way. We felt the staff mostly was "put off" when we asked for something as simple as water or coffee. Our cabin steward was not very friendly or efficient at anticipating our needs at all. Overall, the cruise was fun and relaxing, but we could tell that the ship was very understaffed at all locations.

We expected much better food at the Main Dining Rooms and Horizon Dining Room. Drink service at these locations took forever.

Ports we visited and Glacier Bay was spectacular. Lots of fun here. Unfortunately, some of our excursions were cancelled due to weather. So be aware when you book them of this potential.

Cabin Review

Our cabin was wonderful.
