We have cruised many times with NCL. I’m a platinum member and we have always enjoyed our previous cruises, however ;this cruise was not not up to par.
Every concern had required two or more calls to get someone to address the problems in our ADA balcony cabin. The shower flooded, banging in the wall entailed completely breaking down our sliding door and adjacent wall, and the shower door banged open/shut all night! Repairs by three different crews kept from having full use of our room. After four days of repairs,we were finally able to enjoy our room!
I rented a scooter and after a show it is was nowhere to be found. We spent a day and a half trying to find it.My room number was boldly written on bright yellow tape and affixed to the front basket. No one called our room to say they had it at Guest Relations.
