Sent this feedback to PO as no questionnaire provide- not all bad but not good either , waited a week an P&O haven't bothered to send out a questionnaire or respond to me I wonder why ? (because they don't care).

- 4 day cruise 2 cabins cost £2,000 plus drinks as no drinks package available, I live in Southampton so excited to leave on a ship specifically designed for the British cruise market seen all the adds and about service etc. travelling for birthday. I have travelled with a number of cruise operators over the last 7 years or so including NCL, RCI, Celebrity and Princess ranging between 2 and 12 nights all with flexible dining options-

On joining Ship told I would need the APP= impossible to down load (with help from your crew) and only occasionally worked via google Chrome). Why cannot you just book via TV ? Also the lifts always busy didn't feel like there was enough of them ? compared to other ships I have been on.
