We had done a fantastic Norwegian Coastal Cruise/ Northern Lights with Hurtigruten 5 years ago. We so admired the focus on science, shore experiences and excellent food.
The British Isles cruise offered even more off-boat excursions and the varied talents of the expedition guides made for a lifetime of memories. The offerings gave very active guests plenty of stimulation while also offering opportunities to see and learn for guests with some physical limitations.
Hurtigruten offered an abundance of out of cabin space without compromising Covid precautions. We felt very safe on all decks.
Cabin Review
The L-shaped single beds made for excellent floor space. The heated floors in the bathrooms aided drying of towels and laundry. The in-room kettle with tea/coffee was much appreciated.
