We chose this ship because of the itinerary. It was our first time on a Princess Cruise. The ship interior was very nice and in great shape. The outside looked pretty bad. Lots of rust and dents. The boarding was chaotic. Very disorganized. But once onboard it was just OK. The food really needs to be improved. We ate at the two specialty dining rooms and never felt the need to go back. The regular dining room was better. Calling guest services or waiting in line at the desk took time. We needed to inform them that our balcony was missing a table and our overhead light was missing two light bulbs. The production “Sweet Soul Music” was an embarrassment. A tribute to soul music and one cast member out of 14 was black — and she wasnt even a singer. The Entertainment team needs to recruit a more diverse cast.

Cabin Review

We had a suite which was very nice. Excellent layout. But we had to work very hard to find out what benefits we received as a suite passenger.
