First the positive. Service crew and dining staff were excellent and caring. Balcony cabin was spacious and comfortable. Entertainment was quite good and lots to do on ship.
One of our bags did not arrive after sailing and called guest services who put out an alert to service staff who found within thirty minutes on another deck. Kudos to them
Now the negative. Worst food I have had on a ship in over twenty years. Bland as nursing home food. How you can prepare tasteless pasta is a mystery to me but the steaks are tasteless and even the onion soup tasted like water with cheese and bread. Most passengers I spoke to had same feelings and Maitre d’s are blaming it on crew shortages. Possible but anyone in kitchen can add salt and pepper.
