We thought Virgin would be different. It definitely was different.
In spite of the crew's eager offers to make the cruise great, the experience was awful.
There was no production show. The show we did see resembled a gymnastic meet. There was a bit of a story there, but it was presented with a heavy-handed series of very well-done gymnastics.
Our cabin was CLAUSTROPHOBICALLY TINY. Unfortunately (fortunately in this case), I am handicapped. When the room steward saw that I couldn't get my walker into the room, he suggested that I try to get an ADA=compliant cabin. We were successful, and this cabin was double the size. Otherwise we would have left the ship in Miami.
