This was our 23 Carnival cruise and was extremely disappointed. Upon our first use of shower the bathroom flooded. The first meal staff was scraping and stacking our plates at our table as we ate desert. We were served raw and I mean raw meat twice on lido. The eggs looked like soup. Everything was Luke warm at best many items have been removed. Only half the buffet was open on a full ship. Requested sauce on side and they put directly on plate then plopped food on top. Sandwiches were cooked on one side only so hot sandwiches were not hot took 1 1/2 hours and 5 servers to get a soda broke my ankle on grand Turk. Was not there fault but got no help. Had to hop for 2 days. Was impossible to contact guest services from room. When I did make contact was rushed off phone and she didn’t get I could not walk. I suffered for 2 days. Room steward did bring ice twice. I don’t think they believed me. When they finally sent a wheel chair to get me off the boat they saw it and expedited getting me off the ship. Finally they believed me.
