This was the by far worst cruise trip I ever had among all 6 cruise trips I had before. (3 were Norwegian). Not sure they were not ready post-pandemic, or they didn't expect this many people will be on this cruise. Bad planning and worst execution. I heard only a few hundred shorts from the full capacity. So, the ship was almost full.
Still no apologies from the NCL and no explanation during and/or after the trip.
1. Embarkment - 3 hours waiting on the line to check vaccine/Bermuda travel form. Another 3 hours for actual check in. I saw several people almost fainting out during the ordeal. Spoke with several people during the cruise and they said they even waited 8-9 hours to get on the ship. Many stations on the check in counter but only 2-3 people are working. Even some of them just left us saying their shift is over and/or break time.

1. Weather was cold. April in Bermuda is no.
2. Bermuda travel authorization cost $40 person so family of 4 will be $160. Takes long time to get the form too.
3. The bus takes no standing passengers so if all the seats are taken the driver will just leave and they never on schedule. We almost missed boat because of that. Even though we bought the very expensive 3 day pass we had to get a taxi on the last day. The first bus rejected us due to all the seats are taken and second bus never came even after waiting for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
They are not ready to take many people yet seems.
