Our cruise was amazing. I call it a trip to an alien ice planet, as the landscape was unlike anywhere else I’ve been with strange and abundant animals.

I think this was the third cruise of the Octantis. For the most part things went very smoothly. We were out on the zodiacs many times with a variety of landing sites. We hit my bucket list of going below the Antarctica circle. We saw a lot of animals.

The food was fabulous. Staff was attentive and fun. Nice spa facilities. Overall very luxurious. Much better than Shackleton had.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Nordic Balcony

Plenty of space with a nice special closet for drying gear. Big windows that open for outdoor viewing. Spacious bathroom for a ship. Attentive service from the staff.
