Chaos is the basic for this experience. Not only caused by the Covid restrictions but overall there’s a huge lack of quality in service, attitude and amenities.
Considering people are paying at least over $1200,= per night, you are expecting the absolute best. What is delivered is a Royal Caribbean cut money policy where not the quality but the quantity is boss. Expect poor, poor beds and bedding, tap water as preference, pre packed orange juice, no trained hotel staff, poor butler service (even bring plastic cups in suite for drinks) extremely poor communication and cutting costs at every corner. No fruit basket, no goodnight sweets, huge impossible to handle bath towels, unacceptable long waits with suites not available before 4 pm (if you’re lucky otherwise it takes them even longer), construction everywhere so almost impossible to find a spot where there’s no hammering or sawing.
Furthermore the ship is in a not well maintained condition. Poor maintenance on handrails, carpets, chairs and overall look.
