Stayed in a spa cabin, which was always kept clean. Complained about the lock not working, though, and it was never fixed. Disappointed there wasn't nightly turndown service. Spa services were excellent, and entire staff was very experienced and competent. Overall, the ship was lovely. Other than the burgers and burritos, the food quality was poor. There was a large selection in the buffet, but lots of near empty platters with picked over leftovers, and the food was very low quality.Dining room food was more "misses" than "hits". Pork chop required a saw to cut through. It was apparent the ship was understaffed, and many of the crew were poorly trained. Often times had to wait 20 minutes to have an order taken in the dining room for breakfast, followed by a 40 minute wait for food. During dinner our waiter had to cover so many tables that it was near impossible to get an additional roll or butter, or to have a mistaken order corrected. Tables in the buffet were not wiped off between diners - again due to staffing shortage. So sanitation while on the cruise could have been far better. If it had been, I probably would not have come down with Covid within 48 hours after disembarking. (Other members in my group also tested positive).
