We had not traveled on a Carnival cruise in about 8 years. Unfortunately, the level of service, amenities, and just plain safety concerns were much to be desired. Passengers were 'forced' to use the "Carnival Hub App" for all information. Wouldn't have been too bad if it worked. Many passengers had issues probably because of cell phone provider incompatibilities. We chose Anytime Dining and couldn't make a reservation or request a specific table with the app. Had to put our request in for a table through the app and then try to get what we would like once our number was called. Horrible service!

Water shuttle to get to Belize was an absolute insane event! All handicapped people were allowed to debark first and that created huge bottleneck of passengers waiting for them to get off. Why can't they stay seated and debark last when someone could help them off and there wouldn't be such huge crowds?

I used a wash cloth each evening and morning for my face and in the shower. About Day 3 of our trip I began to notice the cloth was yellow after I hung it up on the towel bar in the bathroom. I thought there might have been rust on the towel bar so just ignored it and used a clean wash cloth each time. Finally, on Day 4 I held the cloth under the bathroom tap and it turned yellow while the water was pouring over it.
