All the staff were lovely, and deserved better from the management who have made some awful business decisions. We've cruised with Celebrity and were keen to compare as we have never swerved from Celebrity before. As the say ' One and done'! Never book Norwegian again. And it was a similar price to Celebrity.

Embarkation at NOLA was just awful....shouty officials and queues a mile long. 2 and half hours from arriving at the port to stepping foot on the ship. No water offered, nothing. Where were the welcome drinks?? Nope, just a mad rush for the O'Sheehans pub.

Can you believe they charged 3$ at breakfast for fresh Orange - sums it up. Really? Thousands of dollars, premium drinks package and you want 3$ for Orange?? Charging extra for Water? Really? No need for that. Such penny-pinching costs more in goodwill trust me. Read more
