While our stateroom was lovely (OC Suite aft end of ship), and most of the ship was ship shape, 2 out of 2 Jacuzzis in our suite did not work. The problem was solved on the 6th day of cruising! The management of the hotel side tried to put the problem back on me for not reporting it (which I had), accused me of using them (which I had not because they were broken and I was NOT told they were fixed on the 5th day). After I met with the Hotel manager, with smoke coming out my ears) he offered a financial perk. (He told me to get a massage to calm me down). Rude hotel management! Also, travelers coming down with covid were left in general population instead of one specific area or hallway. Destination Management did not help in any way when we discovered that there was NOT a city tour and airport drop off (since Princess booked our air leaving Barcelona at 5pm). Every other cruise line I have booked with has offered either a day trip OR given help in finding one thru the city. The management told me - there were only 5 of you and not worth the cost - and then - you were the only travelers. Now, on to the food. Very good to oh well. Many repeat cruisers with Oceania told us that the food quality had gone down considerably, and had encountered rude attitudes from Management. Some vowed to drop them. It was our first (and last) cruise with this line. Now, the Butler and Housekeeping manager in our suite, the food service staff, the Spa staff et al were all exactly what they should be. Kudos to these hard working, friendly professionals. After having spent a considerable amount for a cabin on the rear of the boat, with 2 bathrooms, 2 Jacuzzis, a dining area, a media room and a wraparound deck - I should have been in Paradise. Barely made it to Purgatory. Amen!

Excellent! Except for 2 non-working Jacuzzi hot tubs.
