Our first time with Oceania we met a couple who have sailed with them 4 times and they wanted an upgrade they had to pay $500.00 for it when the ship was only 3/4 full no loyalty perks for them can you believe it.
We needed a taxi for what we were doing when arriving in Port we notified the reception we would be needing one but no Taxis were there when we arrived we had to get one of the Port people to phone one for us.
Cabin was recently refurbished so nice bed but the cabin very small and shower very small for the price.
