Value for money but just the food on 15/F is a bit stagnant

Good points - Had several surprises once onboard, like upgrading to a balcony, offer for an onboard spend, Gunbae Korean BBQ, etc. The Italian restaurant, Extra Virgin, was the best I reckon in terms of quality of food and services. Staff were very friendly and helpful, in particular all their smiles were impressive. The circus show was excellent and inspiring. Inclusive wifi and tips were excellent values for customers. The ship was beautiful.

Bad points - Very poor administrative arrangements, such as its apps which was dreadful from the beginning. Bands were not delivered before cruising. Notification was not sufficient nor was their enough annoucement, such as arrangements for disembarkation. Food provided on the 15/F The Galley was lack of variety. I nearly ate the same things from Day 1 till the last....this definitely needs improvements! Nobody put on a mask when watching the show. I think this needs to be rectified in view of the enclosed environment.

Cabin Review

No adverse comment. Generally, clean and decent as its new.
