Due to a fire/chemical spill , boarding was delayed and took over 4 hrs to get on board, with almost a riot in the boarding area. Caused by inefficient msc staff Note some people took nearly 6 hrs to board. Food in the marketplace buffet area very very poor with next to no choices. Main dining room ok though. No milk in rooms, no hand wash Can you believe That it’s true. Running at 50% capacity you would think everything would be ok, at full capacity this ship is definitely Give it a miss. This is the 3rd msc voyage this year, and being in the same field of work, I can honestly say I have never written anything like this before. so msc listen to your customers. You must improve quickly. Being cheaper than others is not necessarily a good business plan and can backfire spectacularly, remember there are many other cruise companies out there and it appears customers are leaving you in there droves to try them and will not return to msc.
That old saying springs to mind if you pay peanuts you get monkeys. Give them leadership.
With all the money spent upgrading here now it’s very good.
