Very disappointing experience! We boarded the ship and went to the Retreat, as we had some questions pertaining to booked on-line ship experiences, that we had received no information on. An 'assistant' to the concierge attempted to assist us. I had questions regarding the Mixology 101 class that we booked, as well as our Deal or No Deal tickets. She informed us that the Mixology class was canceled, but could not explain why we were not notified, so she placed us in the Macallan experience on Day 5 while were in St. Kitts, at 4:00. She was unable to give us any information with our Deal or No Deal tickets, and informed us she would leave a message on our room phone with further information. She also advised us we could go to the casino and ask them. Needless to say we never heard back from the concierge 'assistant', so we went to the casino the next day, they could not assist us, so our next stop was at the Captain's Club Concierge, where we were finally assisted. That was 2 1/2 hours of lost time as there was a line out the Captain's Club concierge with passengers needing assistance on day 2, not a good sign.

Day 3 began with a wake up call from the spa at 7:55 AM, telling us we were late for our couples massage at 8:00. We did not have a massage scheduled at 8:00 AM, but at 8:30 PM. I informed the spa of this and they stated I was correct and hung up. We decided to just get up at this point and shower since we were woken up and realized we were not given our bathrobes. So, I called our retreat host/butler and asked for them.

We went to the Retreat for breakfast and we spoke to Liz, who appears to be one of the reliable few on the ship and asked her if there were communication problems on the ship. She apologized to us and stated that this was a poor representation of the Celebrity Brand and offered us a free dinner at Raw on 5, we graciously accepted.

Cabin Review

The cabin was beautiful and clean. The only quirk in the cabin was the trash bucket in the bathroom, which was under the floating vanity with a swivel top. It was tiny, and basically useless. We used the regular trash receptacle in the room.

Our butler/host was basically a no-show after day 3, and we would have to call him.

Port Reviews

St. Kitts (Port Zante)

People were very friendly, we took an excursion to Nevis.

San Juan

We walked up to the fort from the port. The fort closes at 4:30, they wanted us to pay to go in for 30 minutes, we chose not to and just walked around outside.

St. Thomas

We took an excursion via boat to the St. John beaches.
