We chose this short cruise to discover if we liked the Pinnacle Suite before we booked a longer voyage. While spacious and well laid out, the hot tub and music system were broken and unusable. Our friends booked other staterooms and we planned on using the Pinnacle suite for hosting. It's a shame when paying a premium for accommodation that such key amenities are not functional.

The staff was helpful in attempting to rectify the problems, but with regard to the hot tub stated a spare part was on order for some time. When the IT Officer investigated the music issue, he was unsuccessful and commented he was unfamiliar with the technology and said "I didn't even know we had a system like this onboard"

The rest of the voyage was enjoyable and it's just a caution to be careful about booking such a premium suite especially if you plan on hosting guests in the room.
