My husband and I enjoyed every minute of our time on the Celebrity Apex Caribbean sailing with fabulous food, excellent service, friendly staff and an immaculately clean ship. Embarkation was well organized and a breeze. Love that you can bring your things to the cabin and then explore the surroundings without lugging around your carry-on. Chocolates on your pillow and turn down service with replenished towels make you feel pampered. Our cabin steward was always there being helpful without being intrusive. The only thing I did not care for was the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel quality and would bring my own on the next cruise. We had an infinite veranda and loved hearing the waves at night. Crew went out of their way to be inclusive, make everyone comfortable and happy and solve any issues that might arise. We ate at 2 specialty restaurants, Grand Bistro and Petite Chef which were both delicious and well worth the cost. It was fun to try the 4 main dining rooms. We loved eating outside at Oceanview café and especially the pasta bar, stir fry bar and incredible breakfast with fresh baked pastries and POG (passion fruit orange guava) juice. Everyone was so attentive. We appreciated that Celebrity staff is diverse from almost 70 different countries. Entertainment on the ship was a good mix with something for everyone. We loved the walking track. We tried archery and trivia and went to the high tech theater shows. Silent disco was a blast. The solarium was a peaceful place to enjoy the pool or read and the spa café had tasty treats. .
