This was our 9th cruise and easily the worst one we have ever taken.
Three days before the sailing, NCL informed us the "kids club" was going to be closed for the whole trip, angering a whole slew of guests, but they didn't give a reason or a solution of what to do with kids for 7 days.
The embarkation took almost 3 hours from the time we arrived. They clearly did not have enough staff to handle the number of guests....it was disjointed and confusing where to go. Not a good way to start.
