Unable to get hold of anyone at scenic prior to the cruise for some up to date information on Covid testing. Several emails and phone calls going unanswered but then email received one day prior to sailing. Too late to be helpful.

All aboard and then we had noise problems coming from somewhere in the boat (not other people) and had to change cabins on night 4 as the "fix" they tried after a sleepless night one, did not last. So already our "relaxing" cruise was a little stressful.

The boat experienced lock problems, so trips to Antwerp and Ghent were shortened to the point of being useless. 30 minutes of "free time" in Antwerp was pointless. Then the boat broke down. We were given no options other than "have your suitcases packed and outside your cabin door by 7am the next day (Easter Monday). Then we were to be coached to "finish" the tour but with no details of where we would be staying.
