Ship is beautiful, staff is very friendly, entertainment and food was great. Only problem was that now you need to use the medallion app for pretty much everything and half of the functions did not work! Everyone on the ship was very frustrated. The wifi speed is a joke, I consistently measured download speeds of 0.25 MBPS and upload of 0.14 MBPS on my speedtest app, way too slow to do much of anything. The medallion app is a great idea and will be awesome once they get wifi speed and capacity adequate enough to handle 3,100 people being online at the same time! Until then you will need to bring alot of patience along on your cruise. We were unable to dine in the steak house as the app did not work and by the time we showed up in person all reservations were taken for the entire cruise!
