We recently returned from our long awaited Hawaiian cruise. The cruise ship was clean, especially since we were the first ones to sail in over 2+ years. Several of the dining locations were closed due to staffing issues. (If you have the specialty dining package, make your reservations as soon as you board the ship to get the date and time that you want). Also several of the bars were closed as well, making for long lines; especially at the pool bar. And beware of those people who are not considerate of others at the various bars. You wait patiently in line at the bar(s) for your turn, only to have that inconsiderate person(s) stroll up, sit down and get waited on right away. Trust me, this doesn't go over very big with is A HUGE mistake of both the bartenders for not asking who's next and the inconsiderate person as well. And this happened at almost every bar.
The food was good; especially in the specialty dining rooms.
Check your invoice often. If you find something that has been charged to your room, check on it right away. It literally can take DAYS to get it resolved. I had to make 5 trips to Guest Services before things were FINALLY taken care of.
