This was our 5th cruise and this by far was the best overall because of the ship amenities, staff and excursions. This was our first time using The Key and we loved it. It was so nice to have a delicious lunch and have the full day to enjoy the ship. Our room steward Andy was top notch. He knew exactly when we were in and out of our room to tidy it up, give us fresh towels and even close the balcony door for me when I couldn't get it shut. My son (7) loved the towel animals every night too! We spoiled ourselves at Coco Cay and did an over water cabana #13. Balam was our Cabana Attendant and helped us make the most of the experience. Our bellies were full and our drinks were never dry. He was incredible and the cabana was even better than the pictures online. Plus, the lifeguards were super attentive and pointed out places for us to stay away from as there were a few jelly fish in the water. They also maneuvered huge stingrays in and out of our area. I didn't get their names but the lifeguards were all super friendly and helpful. Another first was the Chef's table. Ramesh was our sommelier and you could tell he had a passion for wine. He was attentive and the wines were perfectly paired with Chef Mario's food. Chef Mario was simply fantastic - you could tell he was so happy to share his gift with us. He always had a smile on his face. Completely amazing experience!!! I was also impressed with Freedom of the Seas. This was the best pool deck I've experienced!!! The kids pool area was perfect for my son and there was never a moment where he was bored. The taco bar was an added bonus for a quick bite to eat. My son also loved Adventure Ocean and the arcade...so much for him to do. We did see the ice skating show and it had a lot of great music and also fun for my son. I give the skaters so much credit for doing the tricks they did on such a small area. Overall, I would highly recommend Royal Caribbean and Freedom of the Seas....BRAVO!!!

Cabin Review

Our room was so much roomier than a normal balcony suite. There was a walk-in closet with lots of shelving and hangers, larger bathroom with bathtub and storage in vanity. There was a king size bed and couch that transitioned into a sleeper. It also had a chair and ottoman. The best part was the large balcony. It had 2 lounge chairs and a table with 2 chairs. We loved having our morning coffee, breakfast and afternoon cocktail on the balcony.
