This was our third Carnival cruise. As in the past, we were well pleased with everything! Last year, we went on a Norweigan cruise and were totally shocked at the difference between the two cruise lines.

The ship's layout is completely comfortable. It is easy to go from point A to point B without getting turned around and lost.

The food was great! Typically, most of the items on the Posh or Chic menus were also on the Freedom buffet. We ate in the Chic dining room for the Captain's dinners, and were a bit disappointed that folks weren't "dressed". Although there were no flip flops, shorts, or bathing suit attire there, many people simply dressed in jeans. We used "Your Time" dining, and typically had to wait 15 - 20 minutes for a table, which wasn't really a big deal. The wait staff was very pleasant, but seemed to be more geared towards those who had scheduled either early or late seating.

Great location ... close to elevators and stairs.
