Always loves Princess and wanted to try out this vessel. Disappointed from day one! Only cruise ever that I have ever complained about. Such a disappointment. Many issues and many unresolved. Cabin Thermostat was not working properly and cabin was extremely hot, muggy and miserable, 90% of the lounges, restaurants, etc were extremely warm/hot and uncomfortable. Not enough cleaning of tables, banisters, etc. charged several times for items not purchased, food temperature was never hot just room temperature. Most staff was rude or unorganized. Dining room timing for serving was completely off at every breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our cabin was filthy when we boarded. Not dusted or vacuumed. All our cabin steward would say every time we reported an issue was “This is the first time I’ve been back onboard in 2 years since Covid” and then he would tell us he was sorry but he hadn’t had any new training.
