Full Disclosure, this was only my second cruise (first was on the Carnival Elation in Jan 2020). That being said, here are some thoughts.

First, the service was fantastic! From the cabin steward(Dedi was awesome) to the wait staff and everyone in between, it was a great experience. Some of the bar and dinning room staff seemed a little green, but we all were new to our jobs at one time.

Second, the food was very good. The Dive In burgers and dogs were very good! Burgers were better than Guy's on Carnival, in my opinion. The MDR on most nights was very good as well. Portions were a little small, but I just ordered multiple entrees a few times to supplement. My two kids, both under 10, enjoyed the MDR experience as well. A few nights I wanted to skip and do a quick dinner on the LIdo, but got vetoed by my children. New York Deli and Pizza was the only dining venue that didn't meet expectations. Finally, the sweets at the Grand Dutch Cafe are a can't miss.
