This was my retirement cruise. I alerted Princess and added the milestone in the Medallion app, but nothing was done to acknowledge.
The ship should be in drydock by now, but should have been done much sooner. There were plenty of water leaks, a shattered window in the buffet. It is long overdue for maintenance.
There were a lot of people / staff getting COVID. The Cruse Director, Steve, just disappeared and was replaced without mention, like he was never there. By the end of the cruise, there were so many sick people walking around hacking out a lung or constantly blowing their noises and not wearing a mask, even in the Princess Theater or any enclosed area. My wife and I both wore masks religiously.

As expected. Seal around the toilet was loose. Poor lighting in bathroom.

Rented a car and took a nice drive along the coast.
Honolulu
Walked from the ship to Waikiki Beach and back.
Kauai
Had a car rental, but no shuttle service. Didn't want to pay for cab / Uber in addition to car, so took shuttle to Wal-Mart / Hilo Hattie's.
