Sail Date: Mar 2022
Cabin: Balcony

Initial booking, BB guaranteed. I specifically stated during booking that I did not want an upgrade. The day after booking and payment, I was upgraded to the cabin I specifically said I didn't want.

The ship was understaffed.

Embarkation / Demarcation – both unacceptable, 2 hours late for each. Check in especially bad because I couldn't do pre-cruise doc's on their App, I was assigned the “Blue Line”. There was no such line at check in.

Cabin Review

Balcony

Typical, but as earlier stated, I was upgraded to a cabin i said I specifically didn't want at booking. We were in an Aft cabin - nice views, but sounded like a loud waterfall.

Port Reviews

Hilo

Hilo's port is an industrial port with nothing close by - town was at least a :45 walk. Not very pretty at all.

Honolulu

Nice area to dock, within walking distance of beaches, shopping, food, etc

Kauai

Docked at an industrial area. No taxi's or ride shares available - we rented a car, so we had to walk 2 miles up hill to the airport to get the car

Maui

Docked in an industrial area. Nothing tropical about it, nothing close by.
